I have used „Lana Merino Lace“ („viola scurio“ is the color), a little less than 140gr (50gr = 350m running length). It is 100% wool and wasn’t all that expensive (50gr = 5,75 EUR) after all.
An earlier post („Lace Debut“) shows the skein and has a link to the original (and easy) pattern. My scarf is a lot wider though (as I wanted it to be more of a wrap). It measures 52x200cm.
