April weather is here: beautiful on Sunday, sunburned faces everywhere on Monday, downpour this morning.
Birds’ twitter, short-sleeved t-shirts, cagoule within reach, ice cream, gardening, daylight when we get up, daylight when J goes to bed, open back door, bulgur salad for dinner – the whole nine yards 🙂 Even work is more fun.
I love this time of the year!
beautiful where can I find the pattern please I would love to make this baby blanket
The flower is from a book called “Beyond the Square. Crochet Motifs” by Edie Eckman. It is motif N° 40. Hope that helps.
What weight yarn did you use to make this blanket? I ordered the book today and yarn is on sale today.
I bought it in Germany (Schachenmeyer “Bravo”) but any DK should do, I suppose.
What is the size of the motif in the picture?
It’s been a while since I made the blanket (to give it to a newborn baby) – actually I remember them as being quite big. A little less than 3″ probably.
Great. I am making Motif 41 using sport yarn and a F (3.75mm) hook and it measures 3.5 inches
